CAES is pleased to announce that Jennifer Brooks has joined the company as its new Vice President of Communications.

In this role, Jennifer will drive and oversee all CAES brand awareness and recognition, while managing a complex range of initiatives across the organization, such as press relations, analyst relations, branding and marketing. As Vice President, Communications, Jennifer will develop creative communications initiatives that are relevant for a range of audiences to drive engagement and expand reach and visibility, along with creating and executing content strategy and PR programs to reach and influence target markets globally.

Prior to joining us at CAES, Jennifer held many impressive roles in the aerospace and defense industry, as well as in the political sphere. Jennifer spent nine years at Northrop Grumman, most recently as Manager, Operations for the Chief Strategy and Development Officer. In this role, Jennifer developed, built and maintained relationships with the CEO, executive management staff as well as key internal and external stakeholders to elevate and protect company reputation, along with managing their political team, which included leading and executing political programs. Previously she served as the company's manager of government relations where she led a companywide, employee funded Political Action Committee (PAC) to record growth, doubling receipts and coordinated a team of 150+ employee volunteers. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Jennifer worked at CSX Corporation as a Federal Affairs Specialist and on Capitol Hill as a congressional aide for the U.S. House of Representatives. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Board Member for the Public Affairs Council and National Association of Business Political Action Committees.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Advertising from Appalachian State University and is a graduate of the Public Affairs Institute, where she completed a specialized program for senior public affairs professionals.
