Exeter, N.H. – CAES, a leading provider of mission critical electronic solutions, is excited to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) establishing a partnership in Exeter, N.H. with the U.S. Army to match soldiers and newly commissioned officers with CAES opportunities as they transition to private employment.
The U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of private industry, academia, and businesses to include federal, state, and local agencies. The program guarantees soldiers and ROTC cadets five job interviews and possible employment after their service in the Army. Through programs such as this, CAES partners with educational and government institutions and industry organizations to offer employment opportunities and develop a skilled local workforce. Selected candidates will work on advanced RF, microwave and millimeter wave solutions for aerospace and defense systems that make the world a better and safer place.
