Exeter, N.H.CAES, a leading provider of mission critical electronic solutions, is excited to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) establishing a partnership in Exeter, N.H. with the U.S. Army to match soldiers and newly commissioned officers with CAES opportunities as they transition to private employment.

The U.S. Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of private industry, academia, and businesses to include federal, state, and local agencies. The program guarantees soldiers and ROTC cadets five job interviews and possible employment after their service in the Army. Through programs such as this, CAES partners with educational and government institutions and industry organizations to offer employment opportunities and develop a skilled local workforce. Selected candidates will work on advanced RF, microwave and millimeter wave solutions for aerospace and defense systems that make the world a better and safer place.

“Just like an army, businesses succeed on the strength of their people,” said Gregg Bell, Vice President Electromechanical Systems. “Through this partnership with the Army, we are confident in our ability to source candidates that have resilience, complex problem-solving abilities, and technical training in advanced systems. We look forward to deploying them on some of the world’s most exciting programs at sea, in flight, and in deep space.”

“The U.S. Army is excited to partner with CAES,” said CPT Derek Bisson, New Hampshire Company commander for the U.S. Army, New England Recruiting Battalion. “Our veterans are highly skilled and to be able to interview with PaYS partners such as CAES when they enter the civilian workforce, is a benefit to veterans as well as our partners. The PaYs program enables our military veterans to come home to job opportunities in their own communities.”

CAES is interested in collaborating with other industry partners and universities to establish additional programs. To learn more about CAES careers, visit: www.caes.com/careers
