CAES is proud to announce that the company has been named to the 2022 Military Times Best for Vets: Employers list for the first time. With only 175 companies in many industries included on the list, CAES is honored to be recognized as one of the best employers for our nation’s veterans.

Best for Vets is a yearly list compiled by Military Times of organizations that support veterans in their careers through specific programs and policies.
As an aerospace and defense supplier, CAES is committed to hiring veterans. CAES currently partners with organizations like the US Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) which matches U.S. Army soldiers with CAES opportunities. CAES also guarantees Army PaYS participants an interview for any CAES jobs that they apply for.
Additionally, CAES benefits include a military leave policy that pays the difference between an employee’s civilian pay and their military pay for the duration of military leave. CAES also participates in military and veteran focused job fairs, like the upcoming Veterans Employment Committee of San Diego job fair on November 10th. CAES also uses recruiters who are focused on veteran hiring.
